In the early hours of April 29th, 2017 Henry was struck by a vehicle and left to die alone in the night.  Born through the pain of his loss, co-founder Tiya Ivy determined that it was time to change not only the way that people drive around cats, but also how they react when they do hit one.

Our brand colours are the ginger and white of Henry's fur and the blue of his eyes.  Our message and mission is based around what the driver who killed Henry could and should have done differently for him and his family.

It is with Henry's story we hope to create a better level of awareness amongst all drivers, with the ultimate goal of saving cats lives everywhere.

Mandy began campaigning after her cat Snowy was left for dead in the road. She was informed he was collected by the council who admitted he had been sent to landfill without being scanned for a microchip.

Tiya's beloved Henry was found lifeless outside her house after a hit and run.  Borne out of her insurmountable grief, she wrote this viral message

to the person who hit him.

Carlie has witnessed cats being hit by cars, and helped to retrieve them, including close neighbours beloved cats. Carlies Dad was also a street cleaner and would  assist in the removal of deceased cats.

OUR GOAL

Our ultimate goal is to challenge UK law surrounding cat's welfare on our roads, because all cats matter.  We continuously liaise with MPs and Government Departments and work tirelessly towards making it illegal for drivers to leave the scene without reporting if they hit a cat.

We also call for it to be mandatory for all councils to scan every cat found and notify the owners, as well as spreading this message far and wide, in the hope of changing driver mind-sets that it is ‘just a cat’.

WE BELIEVE

We believe that with just a little extra driver awareness and care, cats stand a better chance of surviving road traffic accidents.  That said, accidents do happen and too many drivers don’t stop to help. When drivers fail to do the right thing, local councils should do everything possible to help ensure that owners are notified of their cat’s untimely death.

All cats deserve better.
